How our Diwali Light Installation works:
1. Send us your address and a photo of the front of your home if possible.
2. Let us know where you would like the lights to be put. Some people get just the front, and others go all the way around. Keep in mind, you can always start with one side and add on in future years. Everything is custom cut and is made to fit every area of your home perfectly.
3. Pick out the colour(s) you would like us to put on your home. We've got every colour on the rainbow. Keep in mind, you are eligible for a free switch every season with us at no extra charge.
4. Our friendly technicians come by and make the magic happen.
5. If a light burns out or if a strand gets knocked down by the wind - give us a call. Maintenance is free all season long.
6. When the holidays are over we take down the lights, label them neatly, and put them in a small container for next season. You keep the lights in your basement or garage.
7. The following season when we come out we only charge you for the install and takedown as you own the lights from the first season.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the price?
A: The price for the first year includes the purchase of the lights. Typically, prices start at the $700.00 range and go up from there. The first year’s price includes the purchase price of your display, installation, and takedown at the end of the season. Going forward, we only charge for install and takedown as you own the lights. Prices going forward are typically 30-40% of the initial price.

Q: Will you hang the lights that I’ve already purchased?
A: We only work with premium lights. We are proud to say we source our products from the best. The only other company that uses the same lights as us in London, Ontario is Shack Shine. If you purchased your lights from them, and would like a competitive quote for your reinstall please let us know.

Q: When do you install / takedown the lights?
A: We install our lights year round. Although they are labeled as Christmas lights, we've done installs for restaurants, weddings, and different religious festivals throughout the course of the year.

Q: Can you install lights on my property or just my house?
A: We can install our lights on your business, your home, as well as any feature around your home such as trees, bushes, shrubs, fences, garage doors, windows, etc.

Q: How are your lights different than other companies?
A: Our lights are best on the market. This means we proudly offer LIFETIME warranty as well as a free colour switch every year. We stand behind our products so you'll never have to worry about replacing your lights again. If there are any issues throughout the season we take care of them for you.
